Singaling on the Go!

A Singaling class delivers a structured fun-filled music activity. We follow the Department of Education guidelines and our sessions link in with the Aistear Curriculum.

Many parents and professionals have noted the connection between young children with ASD and music and some have incorporated music activities into their homes or school programs. 

Our music sessions offer interactive musical activities to improve social and communication skills for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Music activities can give people who can’t easily communicate a way of communicating and interacting. Instead of using words to communicate, they can instead use a range of musical activities – singing, playing instruments, improvising, songwriting and listening to music. These activities are intended to promote communication and social skills like making eye contact and taking turns.
